Maintenance while I waited for the vehicle.

good, fast service with a car wash. Oil change and lube which was due. They even installed the washer for the drain plug which was supplied by the Suburu dealer and replaced the motor filter which was clogged with stuff.

They met me at the check in area and took care of everything. Nice waiting room and comfortable area. They were quick with getting me in to have my oil change

Went the extra mile

We had our 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 in for warranty work. All of the repairs were completed quickly. I had additional questions about towing capacity and Chris took the time to find all the answers. Greatly appreciate the extra effort.

Incredible Service Department

My 2013 Jeep Wrangler had a radiator leak at 30,000 miles, I was out of warranty by time and reached out to the Service Manager, Leroy Neu, who was very understanding and assisted me with the cost of the radiator. He could have just walked away, but reached out to me, which was very appreciated. The service team there is always friendly and take the time to explain the repairs done. I will always continue having my services performed there.

Painless Purchase

The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. The process was painless and easy; they handled all of the heavy lifting. They even let me take the Jeep home to think over night. Overall, a great experience.

Top notch, period!

I couldnt be happier with how the staff at Summit performed! I was looking for a certain vehicle with a select couple of features and they came thru faster than I even though possible! I am so happy with my purchase and even happier with the people that made this happen. They have found a customer for life and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I have been to other dealerships and have never been more impressed with the quality of service. They did a great job!!!

Friendly and Helpful

I had a great experience at Summit. I was very nervous about looking for a new car but Harrison and his team made the experience painless and one I was comfortable with. My new Jeep has more "bells and whistles" than my old vehicle and Harrison took the time to go over each until I was comfortable and Tim answered all my questions as I financed. I didn't feel rushed at all. I was able to reach Harrison immediately if I had any further questions as well. Great experience, would definitely recommend Summit to friends and family.

No headaches

I bought a used low mileage Jeep. They were a million times easier to deal with than other dealers and didn't insult my intelligence. When the time comes, I will be back.
