Efficient and pleasant resolution

Squealing steering and drip present inside left front tire. A leaking power steering fluid return hose was identified and pleasantly corrected on the same day.

Excellent experience. Everyone very friendly, accommodating.

Nice place. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Best of all they were willing to make a good deal as well as prep and deliver the vehicle in just over 1 hour. I was very satisfied.

Fast, knowledgeable, honest, friendly service.

I called the Dealership, and was connected with Jake with the sales department. Jake took me serious from the very second he talked to me even though I was a phone up calling from a ways out. He answered all my questions quickly, honestly, and with an attitude that made me feel he really wanted to earn my business, but also wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on a good opportunity for my sake. He responded to my text immediately witch made it easy for me to get the info I needed to meet with him right away. They were able to help fit me in on my schedule. The work

When I bought my Jeep, they were very helpful. No pressure. I was able to compare as may different Jeeps as I wanted to. This helped me narrow down my choice. When the soft top came in, the service dept. was all hands on to help me install the new soft top. With that type of support it was easy to see that the service dept. was focused on customer service. Since then I have had routine service and have been happy.

Shuttle service

Overall, great experience

Fast, efficient service with sales and finances . We planned to come in and when we got there our car was ready to go. Friendly staff. Clean and nice facility.

Warranty work on recent purchase

Our 2014 Town & Country needed warranty work on the seat heating system. The service department at Summit took care of us. Paid for car rental too. Great experience.

OUTSTANDING Service

As always ~ GREAT service from the Summit Automotive team! I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change & recall and they found that the front axle u-joints were bad. Had them replaced and covered under warranty so I didn't have to bring it back at a later date. I'm beyond happy with the relationship I have with Summit Automotive ~ Tina Treffert
