I have my 2013 Jeep Wrangler service here and they are always honest, friendly and reliable. Appointments are easy to make and you can trust them, when they tell you what repairs your vehicle needs.

Leroy and Chris were very professional and sincere. The problem I had was with Corporate in getting the transmission covered. after a week we had an agreement under Goodwill. I was disappointed in still having to pay for a transmission flush on the defective transmission. when it was misdiagnosed

Bought a 13 Ram which is a nice truck but they only had one key fob for it when I bought it. Dealt with Kraig Peterson which was great to do business with and he even offered to pay for a second key fob and to have it activated. I was informed he sent cash but whether it got lost in the mail or what I never received it yet. Still highly recommend dealing with Summit Automotive as well as Kraig and Randy.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. I had a couple mechanical concerns after purchase which were addressed "no questions asked" and resolved completely.. Summit is a strong customer service oriented dealership which should be visited for certain when in the market for a new or used automobile.

This is the first time we have purchased from Summit, the show room was a clean and friendly environment. Juliana was pleasant and helpful in finding the vehicle we needed and providing various price points based on options we were looking for. We received a trade in in line with what we expected. Randy walked us through the paperwork. The rest of the staff we were introduced to were friendly and informative.

I went in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and any other maintenance they can do that day. I was able to drive right in and they got started working on my vehicle. They found a few upgrades/recalls for my vehicle that they wouldn't be able to do right away, so they helped me schedule an appointment to get them taken care of. When they were done with my vehicle they showed and explained the inspection report to me. They also took it for a quick drive to make sure that everything felt and sounded right while on the road. I'm happy with the service department at this dealer. They are friendly and work to take care of my needs as quickly as possible. I would recommend this service department to my friends and family.

Sean was fantastic and financing team was amazing. Less than 1 hour and car was good to go! Highly recommend Summitand would purchase from here again in the future!
