You always hear the hassle you get from dealers and buying vehicles, but my experience was easy and fast. Taken care of and I pointed out a couple concerns I had with the truck I bought and they took care of it without any problems, I didn't have to pay for it, very understanding and awesome to work with, I'd definitely go back again in the future. Our positive experience with Summit started well before we arrived at the dealership. We found our vehicle online and worked with Kraig Peterson in sales and Tim Brenner in financing. After a few phone calls and emails, they were able to answer our questions and we were easily pre approved. We live out of state approximately 350 miles away, so all of this was very important for us and they made it extremely easy. Once we arrived, we found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have a great variety in their large inventory. (We almost left with more than one vehicle. :) ) We were pleased that the vehicle we were interested in online was accurately described through text and pictures and after a quick inspection and test drive we were able to finish paperwork in about a half an hour. Kraig and Tim made the entire process seamless and painless. We both have worked in the car industry and have high expectations and we would definitely make the trip again to deal with Summit. Also, largest selection of high end mustangs we've ever seen. (Be back soon for our Roush! :) )

Dealing with Kraig Peterson was pleasure. We found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Never felt pressured. We wanted a specific color and features and he located exactly what we wanted and kept us informed of it's location. When it arrived he was very patient going over every option. After having a awful experience at another dealership, the sales staff at Summit was the complete opposite. They listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and went above and beyond to make it happen. We had never purchased from Summit before but they treated us like we were longtime valued customers. We will be returning to Summit again for future auto purchases.

I called for pricing for a ram 5500 Sean had pricing back to me faster than expected I told him I would call him back the next day about some options he was pricing I called back at 9:00 the next morning we set an appointment for 2:00 that afternoon and I was on my way home with my new truck by 3:00. The complete experience was great, the price was great, and I plan to purchase there again. Also Tim made the the paperwork quick and easy. We will be back for the next purchase.
