When I go to Summit to have my vehicle serviced I can always count on friendly knowledgeable service. I'm alway greeted by a friendly smile. I needed some exhaust work done on my jeep. I stopped to have the service team look at the issue and line up an appointment. They had time when I was there and took care of the issue right away.

waited an hour and a half for an oil change. Other than the long wait, I've always had good experience with the dealership and friendly service.

Waiting room was great. Had nice places to sit and watch tv, read a magazine while drinking free coffee, hot coco and eating free cookies. There was a separate waiting room for the kids to play. There was an hour and a half wait but that was due to it being on a Saturday and it was packed. They were upfront about the wait time and did not try to hide it. Also stopped in the sales department and asked a few questions about the vehicle and they took the time to help answer them. Two thumbs up!

Had an issue with the brakes after I left the dealership. Came back in with a repair bill from a different place and they took care of it to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Appreciate their service.
