5 Star Auto Sales of East Meadow

Be aware. They post fake vehicles on Facebook Marketplace to lure you into their lot. Once there they tell you that the car got sold last night, the funny thing is that they told me to come see the car at 7PM ( I'm sure they sold it that late) Once i realized the MO i run away.. and they send me a text with a picture of a similar truck that they sold last night.. Shame on them but the picture was a totally different RAM.. Ohh! did i mention that their inventory is pure junk? Run away.. you will get hurt here.. read other reviews

Sadly this was a very disappointing experience. I had tried multiple times to find out if they offered out of state delivery and never received a response. Only automated sales emails. Very poor service and communication. I was ready to purchase one of their cars but they never responded.

Totally mislead by the ad. Cars are all advertised at a low price to come in and be told you have to pay more. You are forced to buy lojack and a useless protection plan. Keep driving. Don't stop at this place

I called to speak to one of the sale representatives (Ellie) who I asked specifically to do a walk through while on the phone to make sure the vehicle I was strongly interested was here. She confirmed and expressed that the vehicle was here and in Perfect condition. I drove 1.5 hours to get to this specific location. When I arrived, not only wasn’t the vehicle available, but it hasn’t been at the dealer since that morning because it was getting serviced. This tells me they will tell you anything to get you here and more importantly, they will tell you anything to sell you a car. Very unprofessional and distasteful. I would stay far away. I might have dodge a bullet to be honest!!!
