I'd give the dealership a 20 if I could. I have worked with IGF for over 30 years, and they never disappoint. They go above and beyond from service , sales, and finance, all are excellent. I always feel well taken care of- superb customer service. I was very disappointed to hear Lincoln will no longer sold there, what a shame.

Great Purchase Experience
I worked with Tim at Inver Grove Ford to purchase a Mustang Mach E. He was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I started discussions with Tim early in the summer, but waited until my new garage was further along. I ended up ordering a 2023 model as soon as the order banks opened with Ford. Tim was able to get my order in right away - this was really important to me as I wanted to receive delivery in 2022. With Tim's help and I think some luck, it arrived one in August through Tim and was lucky to have it built in 2022 and it arrived December 22 and I picked it up on December 29 (was out of town when he called). During the purchase process, Tim went over the car with me and my wife in detail and knew how to do everything (I'm tech savvy and could have gotten by without it, but I learned everything much more quickly). I think anyone that is a bit apprehensive about the technology in this car shouldn't be worried. The user interface is much better than I expected from Ford and Tim can help you with any question. I also want to point out that I was happy that when I ordered the car that I knew what my purchase price was going to be. I know the new Ford ordering process for the Mustang Mach E is a big change for dealers and consumers, but I like it - having to negotiate pricing is something I can do, but I've always disliked this part of the car buying process.
