JJ is great. Really knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Explained well and showed examples. Well prepared to help customers and so very pleasant!! Top notch all the way! A real treasure! First time I dealt with Inver Grove Ford and was very impressed with all staff. Everyone is so pleasant ...management must really care about employees because it really shows in how they are all so respectful and work well together.. like a fine tuned Ford. :) It was a pleasure doing business there!

Disappointed
Had an appointment to get my truck some service, dropped it off in the morning, they called me in the afternoon says they couldn't get to it, and gave me a 10% discount off of a $1000 dollar bill, and reschedule me for the next appointment, 2 weeks out, never go back again, 1st time there, impression's go a long way.
