Justin, Rapheal and Trish where all amazing in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. they didn't oversell or push me into anything I wasn't already jumping headlong into. Justin, Your Car Guy, was professional and friendly creating a great atmosphere. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Especially in my new to me Explorer! I wish I would have taken Raph up on that Dickies BBQ tho... Either way, great team, 5 stars!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 32 days
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 32 days later the auto stop mechanism went out on it and there was an intermittent gas smell. I brought it in for repair and the told me that when they fixed the Auto stop mechanism the intermittent gas smell would go away. Got the vehicle back and the intermittent gas smell was still there. I have since brought it back for the intermittent gas smell 3 times and it is still not fixed. I have now had the vehicle for almost 1 yr. I also brought my vehicle in for an oil change at which they told me I needed new brakes and didn't fill my fluids like they said they would. I took the vehicle to another mechanic and they said I had at least 15,000 miles left on my breaks. The service department at this dealership is awful. I will give them credit for not charging me for diagnostic fees for the appointments for trying to find the intermittent gas smell.

Jeff Lowell and Jason were professional, patient, and ethical throughout the process. Most importantly they never been pushy. Though it was Saturday evening, that we decided to close the deal, they went above and beyond with care and get it done attitude. That we cheerfully walked out with Mustang Mach-E GT. iT WAS WONDERFUL working with fantastic people who helped us get what we want with smooth process that added to our memorable Raphael Silva from finance offered insightful information and made sure our financing process was smooth and it was quick.

Inver Grove Ford
Last week I bought my new Ford Bronco Sport, it was the best experience buying a new vehicle I?ve ever had. The dealership had exactly the color combination that they advertised on their website, Robin?s Egg Blue. It?s a beautiful, cheerful color that I absolutely love. Everyone that has seen it says ?OMG, I love the color?. The salesperson was informative, personable and wonderful with his help from first meeting to handing over the key fobs.

Staff was knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Sean was my salesman and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of. I did not finance thre inver grove ford, but they did make a valiant effort to e competitive. The service department did well to take care of the blue certification issues I had.
