I purchased a new Ford Explorer Sport Trac in November...

I purchased a new Ford Explorer Sport Trac in November 2010. Great vehicle! Unfortunately the Explorer is a tad heavy on gas for my purposes so I contacted Dan Lemmenes about purchasing another vehicle. The end of the story is that I now drive a 2012 Ford Escape that is just as great a vehicle. Deanna Ahern was as good as always in finding financing for us and the result is that we are proud to be part of the Inver Grove family! The guys in the Service Department are better than ever and it is always a pleasure going there.

A Great Experience

We purchased a 2006 Ford Explorer Limited in July and the whole experience was great. This was the first Explorer we looked at. We test drove a few more Explorers at other dealers and the one at Inver Grove Ford was the nicest one, in the best condition. The price was the best and we got a much better price on our trade than the other dealers offered. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We decided to look at Inver Grove Ford since we had purchased 2 other vehicles there as well. During the salse process there was a bit of miscommunication between the salesman and my wife and I. Nothing major but we did almost go to another dealer. The staff including the saleman worked very hard and made things right. This is the first problem I ever had with Inver Grove Ford and the fact that they took the time and effort to make things right erases the problem. It is so wonderful in this day and age that there are still business that work hard to not only earn your business but then work even harder to keep your business. I thought they were a great dealership before but now I think they are even better. I recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle and I will continue to recommend them not only to the people that may read this but to any of my friends and family. Thank you, Inver Grove Ford I can't wait to buy my next vehicle from you in a couple of years.

Great experience, I sat and chated with Jim for about an Hour. He asked me what I wanted and showed me everything that was available. We ended up choosing a 2011 F-150 Super-Crew King Ranch. BEAUTIFUL TRUCK---GREAT SERVICE---GREAT DEAL I am one happy camper. P.S. This is the Fourth new Truck that I have purchased from this dealership. THANK'S Guys

It's fun going to get my oil changed at Inver Grove Ford....

It's fun going to get my oil changed at Inver Grove Ford. The two guys in the quick lane have the same name...Erik. Great guys. They just tell me the truth which I like. I feel very comfortable there. I have been a customer since 2007. I've bought 2 cars and a truck. Always nice people and no pressure. That's nice. Inver Grove Ford Lincoln is a nice store and I'm not going anywhere else...don't need to. I recommend them.

I had my first experience with Inver Grove Ford this past...

I had my first experience with Inver Grove Ford this past weekend. I will continue to come to nIner Grove Ford and especially to work with Bill Vanderhoff. He was someone that took the time to show us what our options were and he made the deal happen. My husband has never really had a "new" car and this one was well deserved. He, along with myself, LOVE THIS FUSION!!!!! This car will be around a long time and we will be happy to own it! Thank you INVER GROVE FORD and Bill for the wonderful experience! Great service department! I had a problem on my way to...

Great service department! I had a problem on my way to work and they took me in with out an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and I was on my way to work in no time. I was also surprised at the relatively low cost to repair.I would recommend Inver Grove Ford to anyone.

I bought my vehicle from Inver Grove Ford a little less...

I bought my vehicle from Inver Grove Ford a little less than a year ago. I have returned multiple times to receive service. I have always been happy with the way the employees have treated me and I have never felt like I might be taken advantage of which is great when going to a car dealership. I really appreciate how the service department always takes care of my needs quickly, and always keeps me informed. I also enjoy when I drive into the service lane someone always greets me immediately and gets the process stated quickly.
