I have been buying and leasing cars from Inver Grove Ford for 28 years. I have dealt exclusively with Jim Reud. Jim is the reason I keep coming back to InverGrove Lincoln- Ford. He is very honest he is very professional and now that he’s retiring I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, Steve, Kevin and Raphael were great with all our questions. The only complaint we had was the waiting period for the recall to be fixed on the 2023 Ford Explorer. Which we know the dealership had no control on that. If we weren't such dedicated Ford customers, we would have never waited so long.

2017 F150 with 58,000 miles has vibration at highway
2017 F150 with 58,000 miles has vibration at highway speeds. Another ford dealer installed the tires and when vibration brought to the other dealers attention, they told me it is normal. Inver grove ford diagnosed it and said it is the tires/wheels but did the road force balance and said it is much better. When I picked truck up it was doing the same thing and brought back to Inver grove ford. They say they are confident it is a tire issue and go back to another ford dealer and have them diagnose it at another fee. The ford dealers need to work together so the end user being the customer has a good product and not be pushed back and forth between dealerships. Not happy with Ford service at this time and will be looking at other trucks in the near future and it will likely not be a Ford product if this is the best they can do. Very dissatisfied.

Tire rotation with lugs
I was told by Alex that my lug nuts had to be replaced and if I bring in my new lugs nuts that I would have my tires rotated , plus new lug nuts put on free of charge. I come in today and was told my maintenance plan is expired by 5 days ,and I get stuck with a 40 dollar rotation fee when I had his word on the repair.

We do apologize that you did not have a 5 Star experience. After reviewing this information with your Service Advisor, the install was going to be covered by your Prepaid Maintenance contract. However, you wait over a month to come back for service, with parts you purchased elsewhere. In that time your Service Plan did expire therefore, we were not able to cover the install. Thank you for your feedback.
