The service department was less than honest with me, they

The service department was less than honest with me, they didn't keep promises, and then bribed me to give them a good review which I refused to do. Management refused to work with me to correct the problem.

Jay Preston, We’re disappointed to see your review. We made the repair following proper repair procedures by Ford Motor Company. You were charged for updates that were done as well as a $100 deductible that is required as part of your extended warranty that covered the repair. We absorbed the entire cost of Diagnosis. Your vehicle was repaired properly per our discussion with you on 7/31/23. It is disappointing that you are still not satisfied, but we believe we have done everything possible to repair your vehicle to your satisfaction.

The vehicle being serviced was given to my daughter as her step mom wanted her to have it when she passed. That was almost four years ago and my daughter had just turned 16, the car has alot of sentimental meaning. Recently we brought it in and Eric L. was our service advisor. The vehicle is a 2007 and had a decent oil leak, we wanted to see if it could be fixed before having to part with it. We brought it in for a diagnostic test, even if we had to spend several thousand dollars we wanted to see if anyway to fix it as it had been a problem free car. Eric called me fairly quickly to tell me the frame was too rusted and he woudnt feel safe with his family driving it. Could it be fixed, yes. Eric was honest from the start and never performed the diagnostic. I appreciate his honesty and being a good person besides

Problem not solved and they didn’t want to give me a

Problem not solved and they didn’t want to give me a loaner vehicle like the recall letter stated. My vehicle still sounds like a hellcat is in the trunk

I bring my vehicle into Inver Grove Ford (where I purchased it from) for maintenance. The staff that I deal with are always prompt/friendly/and thorough. Besides, it is convenient for me getting there from my home.

I bought a used car at Inver Grove Ford and within one

I bought a used car at Inver Grove Ford and within one year the transmission failed. The good news was it was covered under the drive train warranty. The transmission was replace and everything is working great. The fact that the warranty work was performed and I did not have to pay a penny was a blessing. Nothing like this ever happens to me. Great service and nice service advisors.

Service with a smile

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment. Dylan at the service desk kept in contact with me as the work was done. The service tech noted that my rear brakes needed replacing as well as an engine filter. I did not have time just then. Dylan suggested set up an appointment for that servicing. On the day of the scheduled service, I was out in 70 minutes.
