New Brighton Ford did a wonderful job taking care of my recall. They picked up my vehicle, kept me informed and returned my truck to my office when the work was completed. Thank you

They claim to not be able to participate in the Ford

They claim to not be able to participate in the Ford works program because they have union techs. All dealers have union techs but quick lane is likely not using union techs anyways, which is how they can compete with other oil change places. Long story short they will charge you around 190 bucks for a simple 5 quart oil change and tire rotation. Highway robbery. Avoid like the plague. I'm sure the sales dept is just as sketchy.

North Country Ford completely abandoned me as a customer.

North Country Ford completely abandoned me as a customer. New Brighton Ford picked up the torch and really took care of me, I can't thank them enough. Very professional
