Kyler is just a wonderful salesman I would not know what to do without him He is the best! I was worried because he got a promotion manager of used cars and I wanted a new trailblazer but no he dropped everything to give that special attention and set me up on a new 2026 trailblazer That I love soo much! I would never go anywhere else! I can never show my appreciation enough for everything you do for me Kyler! I know in my heart if something comes up on my Trailblazer Kyler will drop whatever he is doing answer his phone or take the time to help me in person Kyler is a true gem and I am so thankful for him! Thank you Rosedale Chev!

I like this service team, they seem to listen to my concerns, love the video that I receive showing me what’s under the hood- so to speak -and I feel that they are generally fair to me. I don’t like that I can’t schedule service online, seems that EV schedules are tight.

Was very pleased with my experience with David Gil Carrillo. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was treated very fairly as far as my trade-in and the final offer. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.

I have a chevy dealership 6 miles from my house. I drive 20 miles to do business with Rosedale Chevy. I bought my 2025 Equinox back in July from Rosadale Chev. I brought my vehicle in for her first oil change. Harry, who met me for the intake of my vehicle was friendly and efficient. He told me it would be about an hour, which is what I was told when I made the appointment. After I went to the customer lounge I received a text where I could ask questions and have contact with the service area. After 1 hour and 5 minutes, Harry came to the lounge to let me know my vehicle was ready! He walked me to the cashier where I signed for my service and received my keys and was shown where my car was parked. Later in my Chevy app, I received a video of the mechanic showing me the underside of my vehicle and going over tires, suspension, oil pan, etc... and said he had no recommendations for service (I didn't expect any on a new car, but you never know)! I found the video to be informative and a professional touch of service!
