I came in to test drive and purchase a car at 2pm, liked

I came in to test drive and purchase a car at 2pm, liked the car, was paying in cash, and I wasn’t able to leave until 9:30pm becasue they took so long. Our sales guys Gee was very nice and helpful but there was no communication about what took so long. And the finance woman was rude to us after we had been there waiting for 5 hours.

We bought our first Subaru there 30 plus years ago. Nice to know it is still there. Gives you confidence it will be there when you need it for routine maintenance and repsirs.

Tyler found me exactly what I was looking for, and the price point was fair. I actually walked away from a car dealership for once in my life feeling like I didn't get ripped off, ir gotna good deal. I have only purchased from a dealer two other times in the last 20 years, and this was best experience. The finance person in back was super fast and efficient, blew my mind. She did all the paperwork in like two hours. The last dealer I was at took them 2-3 days to work the paperwork....see you guys again when I need an upgrade.

Joseph was great to work with. Straight to the point, no pressure or tacky sales pitches/schemes. I told him what I was looking for, including what my budget was, and he made it happen. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

We had a good experience with Sheridan.

We had a good experience with Sheridan. He was patient and thorough. The finance department was very slow and cumbersome. We spent too much time pitching extra products we were not interested in and just completing the computer work was slow. We understand that the person was new in the position but it took nearly 3 hours.

I came in planning to drive a Forester (and likely rule

I came in planning to drive a Forester (and likely rule it out in favor of a Rav 4). And then, along came Mary Schmid. We got to talking about the Legacy in the showroom…and the next thing I knew I was driving away in my new Legacy with a smile.
