I had a smooth, frictionless buying experience with Joseph in particular and Morrie's in general. They followed through on all of their promises, and the pickup day was quick and efficient.

Visited Morries after an unpleasant experience at another

Visited Morries after an unpleasant experience at another Subaru dealer. We met Kip upon arriving at the dealership who patiently walked us through our purchase. Very happy with Kip and the dealership. Will recommend both.

It took over three hours to pick up my new BRZ.

It took over three hours to pick up my new BRZ. They did a credit check even though they knew I was paying cash. The person in accounting was total incompetent, she had to have 3 different people help her do her job. Job training should be on company time, not on mine. And Morries keep wanting to raise the price of my car even though we had a signed agreement. After I complained about them wanting to rase the price, they finally relented and went with the agreed to price. My total experience at Morries was very disappointing. It should not take 3 hours to complete the purchase even after we had a purchase agreement.

Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people.

Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people. Biggest issue was the timeline to process my paperwork for a cash transaction. This took well over 3 hours and I was repeatedly told it was due to a ‘new’ finance’ person. It was extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations

I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations and promises made and misled in my purchase of a pre-owned vehicle by the salesman. Don’t expect to be able to reach your salesperson after the sale. It was like he vanished. The GSM was able to help rectify the situation after several weeks which is why it’s not 1-star.

Eric, our salesperson, was very helpful and no pressure. He paid a lot of attention to my 22-year old daughter’s questions and she loves her new car.
