Everyone seemed very friendly, and staff was knowledgeable when asked questions. Beth was VERY professional, and I felt like she was really in tune with what I wanted. I did not feel pressured and that is important for someone buying a car. I received what I felt was a fair and respectful trade in for my 2015 Subaru.
