Positive They were friendly and helpful. Sad to say the way you are handling your text messaging has gotten me thinking about reducing my overall score. This has nothing to do with the dealership, but it has everything to do with your text protocol. I would hope you will not be asking me for any more words.

Not pushy, patient as the customer asks many questions, love the idea for a “tutorial “ a few weeks after taking the car home, to answer more questions about all the technical things to know.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom, Jeff was welcoming and attentive, helping us narrow down our field of choices. His recommendations immediately met our list of essentials. The offerings and pricing were thoughtful and very reasonable. If we went with one of them, we could’ve saved thousands. He was patient with our test drives, all four of them, and when we threw everything discovering the Wilderness trim pkg. The only awkward moments came in the finance department negotiating service packages. To their credit, they did listen, in the end, and we are happy. We love the Forester Wilderness and pleased to be prepared for the Minnesota winter. And we look forward to our orientation with Jeanette.

Working with Beth, sales was great. She knows her stuff and yet double checked on a question to make sure. Mgr Jonathan was receptive to feedback and appropriately followed up.

Great experience except for a terribly long wait of

Great experience except for a terribly long wait of almost 4 hours to talk with the finance department. Everyone was very professional and helpful but the understaffing makes me second guess future visits to this dealership.

I went here because I knew they had repeat buyers and

I went here because I knew they had repeat buyers and most likely had a quality trade-in that would suit our needs. I like the non-push while considering a vehicle. BUT felt after long wait we were in old school close the deal tactics of "run buyer through the finance with add-ons". This could be handled MUCH better. Reach out if you are interested in more.

We came in prepared, found the car we wanted but not the color . Salesman did a search for us and found the exact car we wanted at eau Claire lot. We appreciate the willingness to search outside what was on lot.
