Tom was great. The hard sell on service and treatment extras was unenjoyable. I may be interested in clear coat and under body anti rust, but not as a hard sell prior to paying a lot of money for the new car.

They went back on their word regarding a deal I have in writing and signed. They charge for unneeded service. I had flushed my break fluid a few weeks prior to bringing my car in for separate service and they tried to tell me my brake fluid needed to be replaced. If you enjoy spending unnecessary money for services that are not needed, this is the dealership for you. I’ve started going to Subaru in Bloomington and have had great service. Morries lost a long time and loyal Subaru family (7 Subarus purchased from them and serviced with them over the years). Never again. They have gone way downhill from the dealership they were in the 90’s and 2000’s. It’s truly a shame.

It was a pleasant experience buying the Outback.
It was a pleasant experience buying the Outback. I wasn't happy with my ev trade-in value but the market had shifted. The courtesy extended made it more easy to bear.
