The purchasing experience here was fantastic. We checked if the car we wanted was available and set up an appointment to look at it. There was little pressure on us to make a decision, and we were allowed to look at the car without a sales agent looking over our shoulder. Even though we went on a busy Saturday afternoon, we still got in and out without a lot of hassle or delay. I live and work too far away to use this dealer for service, so I cannot comment on that.

I liked how Niki took time to walk me through all the features of the new car and that she wanted to continue supporting is after the sale.

I did lots of research and found a 2020 Crosstrek. I love it. Lara was my Sales Consultant, she’s kind, funny, knowledgeable & low pressure.
