Wonderful!

Wonderful! I am 73 and this is the first car I bought by myself. My husband always bought our cars and although I tagged along, I didn’t pay much attention. Tom D helped me feel like I knew what I was doing, and treated me as an able car buyer. He treats people well and would make anyone comfortable during the process. He let me sit in the car options suggested by my children and soon to be former mechanic. From there, he explained the details of the car I picked based on what would fit at my townhouse and parking garage space. A Forester, like my son drives. Then, he explained how that specific dealership works. Next, the options I wanted from bottom up - of course I wanted it all so it turned out to be the Touring model. I cannot believe I bought a car at all much less the “fancy” one. My children feel that car is safer and the lane assist and 360 view certainly help. I had to practice some of the bells and whistles at the local high school parking lot. My daughter picked it up quickly and is my teacher. Tom was great with her as she can be talkative - but he kept moving the process forward without pressuring us. He seems laid back but, of course, he is a super salesman. Frank deserves praise for handling the financial paperwork clearly, efficiently, expertly. Again, with my talkative daughter along! Thank you for having clear policies, procedures, and excellent people!

Jeff Kasten l Was super, very Attentive. He had a loaner vehicle waiting for us with a full tank of gas. The dealership was clean, and well Appointed.

Mary is very thorough in finding what ever I’m looking

Mary is very thorough in finding what ever I’m looking for and always answers any questions I have. I know I can always call and get answers when I need them. She treats you like a friend and I trust her implicitly.

A friendly place, I felt at home. Tyler is a superior sales person he went over and above. Finance guy explained everything, he made the hard part easy, Jeanette is awesome.

The initial test drive and the salesman experience was

The initial test drive and the salesman experience was good. I didn't like the experience with the fiance office. I kind of felt like I couldn't leave without buying a extra package.

I was able to geprocess.

I was able to geprocess. and conduct the entire experience in 4 hours. That included getting the car from offsite, the cleaning and the financing.While some people might think that is a long time, that also included 2 test drives. Everything was through and I neclver felt uncomfortable in the orocess.
