I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the entire experience at this dealership was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the process was incredibly smooth and stress‑free. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. What stood out most was how respectful and transparent everyone was. There was no pressure, no manipulation — just honest guidance and a commitment to making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. From start to finish the team at Ryan CDJR of Monticello was amazing. From helping me find a vehicle that fit not just my needs but also my wants. Stephen my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The F&I manager was super helpful to in explaining everything there was when it came to signing the paperwork. Sold me a malfunctioning vehicle without disclosing

Sold me a malfunctioning vehicle without disclosing faults. Left me stranded not even 30miles later. Dealership new of the issue wrong with the vehicle and refused to fix it before selling the car and instead just cleared the code to get it off the lot. Also the cleanliness of the vehicle after it had been through their detail shop was not at all clean in my opinion. I myself having worked at a detail shop prior new that how that car was sent out is not acceptable. Granted it was a used car yes I understand but I feel like I should of been made known of a serious motor problem.

We take concerns like this very seriously and feel it’s important to clarify the facts for anyone reading this review. At the time of sale, the vehicle had no known mechanical issues, no active warning lights, and no diagnostic trouble codes present. There was no indication of a malfunction prior to delivery, and we did not clear any codes or withhold known information in order to complete the sale. The issue referenced occurred approximately 30 miles after delivery and was not present during inspection, test drive, or at the time the vehicle left our dealership. Regarding condition, the vehicle was fully detailed prior to delivery, and no concerns were raised by the customer at the time of pickup. Had any cosmetic or cleanliness issues been mentioned, we would have addressed them immediately. Although this vehicle was sold as-is, we still worked with the customer once the issue arose. Because the customer was not local and preferred to use their own repair facility, we agreed to that request and reimbursed them $1,500 toward the repair—despite having no obligation to do so. We stand behind our inspection process and our commitment to treating customers fairly. We regret that this situation occurred, but we strongly disagree with the claim that the issue was known or intentionally concealed. Our goal is always transparency and doing the right thing when unexpected issues arise. If the customer has any remaining concerns, we encourage them to contact us directly so we can continue the conversation.
