Craig Clement was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful providing information before we drove to Ryan Auto Mall, excellent, and patient, during the sales process, and continued to provide assistance after the sale. Rich Clouda in finance was also excellent, explaining options with no pressure. Ryan Auto Mall drops a star for installing Pulse on all vehicles. I was even prepared to pay for Pulse, but not have it installed, but that was not possible. And they stuck a chrome Ryan badge on the car as well. At least that is not unattractive. Overall very happy with buying from Ryan Auto Mall. Well worth the 50m drive.

**Buyers beware** Company trains employees to lie about
**Buyers beware** Company trains employees to lie about not being commission. They absolutely do make commission. Company is not BBB accredited. Employee will freak out if you try bringing up negotiation’s for a slightly lower price. If an employee freaks out over losing some money, they have to be paying their salesman terrible. With how many dealerships are out there, I’d look elsewhere.
