I had a good experience with Todd, everything was straight forward and transparent. Asked for OTD, it came back in line with local market numbers, and was not fudged around at all after the fact. They gave the typical optional accessories overview after we agreed to purchase but were never pushy, came across as "here's what we can include and we're here for you if you want anything in future" which I appreciate. Would recommend checking them out.

Our sales rep was great from when we first stepped in.
Our sales rep was great from when we first stepped in. I told them what cars to try and they made it happen. They did not try to force other alike brand vehicles. They stayed focus with our request. We really loved the fact the sales rep let us test drive the cars on our own. We did not feel pressured in getting any cars that day. They let us take our time to decide which car we wanted. Once we knew what we wanted they helped us negotiate the appropriate rate and helped us with the process of purchasing a car. They also had a play area for our preschooler while we filled out paper work. The finance rep was very friendly and worked with military families. They knew the process for USAA loans so it made things much smoother. He also gave our son a toy. We love the new car and really appreciate Ryan Auto Mall for their patience, understanding, and gratitude. We are grateful! Thank you again for a service well done!
