Dodge RAM of Burnsville

Without an appointment, I stopped in to have a warning light checked. Nick assisted me, diagnosed the problem to be that the battery for the auto start\stop needed replacement. In minutes Nick had me back on the road. Thanks Nick and DOB!

Called the day before and got in the next day. Quick service and done right. Cleared engine warning light for me.

Went in for a recall. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to get my vehicle in beforehand and they completed the repair quick.

I was greeted pleasantly in the service center on the day of my appointment. I explained why I was there, including having them address a recall notice I received on my RAM truck. I was offered a shuttle ride, but did not need one that day. I received a call when my truck step and splash guards were installed and Jerry explained that there was no recall on my particular truck so I was good to go! My truck looks good!

Jay did a great job taking care of my battery issue and having both batteries replaced.

Worked with Jack who was amazing! Helped me find a perfect car for me in under an hour and drove home with it that day!! 10/10 experience.
