I brought my 2022 Dodge Ram in for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by the Service Manager and signed in for service. I had an additional concern with my truck. The Manager escorted me to the customer waiting room and told me he would be back to report on the repair soon. Upon return, I was told that they were going to fix the issue during the oil change. I was treated like a VIP with clean oil and fully functional truck. I love my Ram and am happy that I chose Dodge of Burnsville.
