Our vehicle needed to be towed there as it wouldn’t

Our vehicle needed to be towed there as it wouldn’t start. Service dept was very timely in their diagnosis and getting it repaired . We were back on the road in a relatively short period of time!

Hitch install went well, but the front bumper is still

Hitch install went well, but the front bumper is still continuously needing to be pressed back in. Unsure exactly if they truly did replace a couple of pieces or not. Worried it's going to fall off while driving.
