Job almost done

Went if for scheduled tire rotation. I was asked, “would you like your car washed?” Rotation happened, on inspection sheet none of the tire information (tread life, psi) was listed and after I waited and paid, I returned to my unwashed car.

Suburban Chevrolet

Buying a car was short and sweet like it should be. Billy our salesman was great and didn’t pressure us. He went at our pace for the sale.

OK experience

Sales staff friendly but seemed rushed, vehicle was not detailed well at all, food in between front seats. Outside of car clean, inside was poor

Lease a New Vehicle

My lease would have been up in 2020 so we stopped at Surburban Chevrolet to browse the new car inventory. We met Brett Skalisky and suggested that his used car manager take a look at my 2018 Equinox with very low miles. We emailed back and forth for a week. Brett answered all of my questions and we were able to work a deal out. The dealership purchased my lease outright and Brett found me the 2019 Equinox that I wanted. We felt no pressure from Brett. He is very professional and personable. We met with Steve Beech for the financial part. Wow, what a breeze. We were in and out in 15 minutes. That's the way to lease a car. He was very efficient and friendly. We will be using Surburban Chevrolet, Brett and Steve in the future.

Great Experience at Suburban Chevy

We bought a new truck from Suburban Chevy over the weekend. I went in with the intention of not buying for a few weeks. Jack let me drive a couple of trucks on the lot and they happened to have one that fit my needs. He was very nice and professional, and not pushy at all. My wife and I went back the next day to take another look and decided to go ahead and buy it. During the negotiation process, we felt like we were treated fairly and not overly pressured. The contract part took a while, as expected, but Jack really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and even made sure my young kids got lunch. This was incredibly nice of him. After the purchase, we had some warranty issues, but they were handled quickly. Overall, I had a very good experience with Suburban Chevy and Jack Y.

Friendly and great work.

Took great care of my car. Took care of my request and checked for any other problems my car might have. Called and let me know my car was done and what they all did to it.

Went in for an oil change

I went in for an oil change and it took over two hours. Pleasant waiting area and people were nice but I think it took too long for an appointed service.

Salesmen are everything.

We were only going to look, but we were lucky enough to get Ben for our salesman. He is the reason we ended up buying two new cars . He is worth every penny he is paid and more. You are lucky to have him. Both Ben and Mark were honest, fair and fun to work with. Scott was who we dealt with for our trade in. We knew our suburban was in bad shape, but really, $150.00 what an insult. If it wasn't for disappointing Ben we would have walked out with buying 0 cars instead of two.

Eash Purchase

We purchased a Chev Suburban and traded in our Ford Expedition. All was done within two hours. Quick & easy! We love our new car... yeah!
