The Service manager is untrustworthy.
The Service manager is untrustworthy. He did not care about my concerns and only considered what was losted in a TSB. I don't feel he had done his due diligence in investigating the cause of the fault codes. I expressed those concerns and I asked him "what happens when the codes come back next month and I'm right back here"? His response was they wouldn't.. that it was a "known issue" with the model and replacing all the plugs and cables would fix it. Replaced all the plugs and wires as per recommendation. A day after getting the truck back same same fault codes as original $175 diagnostic fee. Brought it back. Now he says one of the plugs failed. (After just replacing all of them for $1600). They replaced the one plug and said it was good to go. Two days later same codes and issues. Then he tells me there's a coil arcing onto the manifold that is causing the issue. Followed on by "now two coils are arcing" so another $1200 to replace all the coils. This whole process took almost 1.5 months including five 3 hour round trips to the dealer, 3 days of missed work sitting at the dealership, and thousands of dollars spent. If Ted the service manager would have listened to my concerns and actually inspected the vehicle day one to find the cause, this painful process could have been mitigated. Instead he was steadfast on just reading/following a TSB. I've been a customer at Frontier Ford for twenty years. I will no longer be and will actively warn others of the my experience and the lack of professionalism to expect should they chose Frontier Ford service.

Dealer doesn't respond to requests for information. I responded 2x to their emails with questions about a $70k van and they just never responded. Waste of time.

This dealership is the lowest rating I can give them.
This dealership is the lowest rating I can give them. They replaced my running boards, broke off a bolt and never said a word. I found out after figuring out why they were squeaking. They installed a new backup camera. did not calibrate the system, therefore no back up lines. Had another dealer do it for free. They installed a new drivers seat control module. That worked for about two weeks. they tried to charge me an extra $200.00 when it was not on the bill, then argued with me about it and now refuse to work on my vehicle. These people deserve a rating lower then 2.0. Then the owner tries to say they did nothing wrong. With their current rating they should just go out of business because I am telling everyone to go to Bellingham or Everett. these guys suck!

Reached out regarding a vehicle they had listed in
Reached out regarding a vehicle they had listed in Autotrader, the sales rep reached out and gave me some details and I asked for a total price out the door. Advised me that his manager would reached. Received a text from the sales manager Lance that did not reflect the current advertised price and also included a $500 “pulse brake” add on. I pushed back asking why the price was not what wash shown online and asking to remove the pulse brake. Fast forward a week after requesting a formal purchase order multiple times and booking a flight to come get the car I was finally sent a formal PO however it also did not reflect their currently advertised price ($700 higher). I called to see why and Lance got extremely frustrated and said they could come down from the PO price by $100 and that they reserve the right to not honor their advertised price. Was extremely rude and said do you want the car or not? I was honestly shocked as I have never seen a dealer that would not honor the advertised price…

Andre was amazing in his proposal
I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, at first we were a bit off so I thanked Andre and if something looked better please call me. Next day my phone was ringing from other dealerships I have gotten quotes from and Ford now offered 0% financing. Andre also was one of the calls, we chatted and he texed me the proposal. Was a deal done right! That evening I picked up mew 2023 Mach-E!

I never heard back. The lady had music on loud and I doubt she was at the ford dealer. If they are going to have that job then they need to have their act together

Great customer service and easy buying experience
Amazing! I received a great deal on my Bronco and also fair money for my trade. They were professional and the entire process was very quick. I definitely recommend. Lance was the sales manager that helped me. He was very professional , upfront and made the buying experience easy.

Never made it in the front door….
Made a phone inquiry about a rig that was obviously missing a few parts. A Salesman named “Jason” was so incredibly rude, further discussion was pointless. Seems like the kind of business where there is no accountability.

Come here to get yelled at my the service guy! If you enjoy being talked down to by a fella named Ted, being kept out of the loop on what is happening to your car for TWO WEEKS while fix my radio they broke when it was in their shop… my car came out worse than when it went in. And I have to deal with being talked to like a 5 year old by Ted.
