The place has a very relaxed atmosphere. When I came for maintenance service, the garage and lanes were clearly marked. My service advisor Payton is very competent at advising and facilitated a very relaxed atmosphere as we discussed as to how to go about my maintenance concerns. I perceive that she genuinely does not want anyone to feel as if their time was wasted. I just wish I could find the tech who worked on my vehicle so that I could put his tip in his hands. Charles in the customer parts department also facilitated a stress free resolution to a parts order miscommunication. Also, I found conversing with him calming.

So so experience
The service center never called to let me know the status of my car. I had to call them. And then when they replace the logo on my grill, they only replaced one letter and didn?t replace all of them.
