Amazing experience

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! They went above and beyond for my family. We purchased a used Suburban last week and we feel blessed and very happy with the entire experience. Joevanni was knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful to work with and made the process go as smooth as possible. Kevin was helpful, kind and personable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Used Car Purchase

One the best salesmen I've encountered, His product knowledge and ability to demonstrate the vehicle features sold me on the car. The test drive was probably longer than most but it allowed me to assimilate how the product features worked and gave me time to evaluate whether or not the product fit my needs. Isn't that what salesmanship is about, meeting the customer needs. However, the dealership needs more flexibility on negotiating. The deal was almost lost for less than $100.00. The art of negotiation is giving the customer the allusion of control and making the customer perceive the customer has made the best deal rather making the customer feel like take it or leave situation. To potentially lose a $25,000 sales over less than a $100 is just poor brinkmanship.

Encore water pump repair

Brought my 2015 Encore in for a water pump, aprox 1k, and Doug pointed out that it was still under warranty and it would be no charge. How's that for a deal /////

Do not buy a vehicle here!!!

I traded in my truck and bought a new truck here. The day after purchase my AC stopped working. I told the service center what was broken because I have experience as a car mechanic. Took them a week to get me in to fix it. I bought the warranty and everything for it. I scheduled appt for a thursday morning and they didn't even look at my truck until lunch. After having my truck after 6 hours they finally diagnosed it. Exactly what I told them was wrong. By the time I called them the 3rd time that day, they put my truck together and never called me back. I showed up and they said my truck is out there and they need to order the part and would call me when it was in. 17 days later and still no call. I have called several times and no one can seem to find out if the part is in or not. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were happy to take my money and sell me a truck...but cant seem to fix my truck covered under the warranty I bought. Funny how that works.

Friendly people!

This is a great dealership! Loved working with Melisa Knudson! She is a keeper! She called and set up an appointment knowing that my lease was expiring in five months. She met us with a smile and patiently showed me all the options. We selected a Terrain Denali and I a SO thrilled. She called later that evening and then a few days later to make sure we were happy. We even dropped off a gift for her as a thanks for being a super sales person!

Keyless

Came to see a specific car we saw on cars.Com app and the car was on the lot but they could not locate a key to allow us to see the car. I guess they don't want to sell any cars. No offers to show us an alternative car. Will mark this dealer off our list for sure.

Excellent All Around Experience

My husband and I recently leased a 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir since the lease on our 2016 Buick Enclave was coming to a close. We did a fair amount of research on our own online so pretty much new exactly what we wanted but would you believe we had a very difficult time finding the exact car color and features. Jason , sales manager, at this dealership went above and beyond locating a vehicle that met our requirements and then working with us on the re-leasing when the GM pull ahead program appeared to have glitches. Melisa Knudson, our sales rep provided the very best buying experience we have had in over 40 years of leasing or purchasing vehicles. Her knowledge is phenomenal, her personality is fantastic and her patience with older (we're in our 70s) clients who take a bit longer adapting to the latest technology went beyond expectations. We highly recommend Auto Nation Park Meadows, Jason and Melisa for any future car buyers if they want a similar experience.

Purchase of 2019 GMC AT4

Great experience, I am in South Florida and found the AT4 I wanted at this dealer in Colorado. Melisa called me immediately and SOLD me the truck!!!! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning...the way you SHOULD feel after purchasing an automobile. I am so happy with the Team at GMC Park Meadows...the entire crew: my Sales Consultant Melisa Knudson was amazing and punctual, Sales Manager Kevin was great and a PRO, and Finance Manager Nick was extremely knowledgeable. Call Melisa right away!!! Trust me!!! Phenomenal!
