Truck wouldn't start
When my trick wouldn't start they quickly found the issue and had a corrective action. The then found a coolant leak and a weak vacuum pump. They got the leak under warranty and worked with me on the vacuum pump. The truck is running great and stopping much better. I did not feel as if they were just looking for work that really did not need to be completed just to get more money.

One price means don’t question the price
Working with the sales rep I asked about the vehicles originally price as the price did not seem to match what the car manufacturer had listed that’s when the sales rep got mad and started to raise his voice then I asked for my keys to leave and was told I couldn’t have them until I answered his question about why I wasn’t gonna buy the car

Very quick repair of spray nozzle. Veronica in service kept me informed and was very helpful and friendly.

unauthorized work Blindsided by cost
Don’t take your car here to get looked at, the blindsided me with a $400 bill after I told them I couldn’t afford that cost. They called me with the price in a Friday and I specifically told them I couldn’t afford it and I would see what I could do but to hold off, she said that’s fine and to give her a call when I was ready, on Monday they called and said the car was ready to be picked up, I figured it was just them being polite and asking me to get my car off their lot, when I showed up they told me I owed $400 and held my car for ransom, told me the only way to get my car wa sto lay even though I told them I didn’t want the repair done. After forcing me to pay for my car the service director Chris told me he admits there is no recorded phone call of me giving approval, they have 0 signatures from me and he can’t prove I have him approval and there’s nothing he can do and he doesn’t want to go in circles with me, then mark the general manager told me he flat out doesn’t believe me and doesn’t believe anyone would ever bring their car in to get diagnosed and turn down the repair cost because they can’t afford it as if everyone is as apparently rich as he is.

Top notch service from the highest quality service writer! Cindy was amazing and has seriously made me want to develop a long term relationship with Autonation. I will give the sales department a whirl because the service department was so fantastic.

Honest, Laid Back & Respectful
I was dreading buying a new ride. I hate overly aggressive salespeople. Chris Higbee changed my mind on that. He is a Sales & Leasing Professional at AutoNation. He was honest, laid back, and respectful. It was just a wonderful experience. Plus, the price I saw was the price I paid!! As a side note: Consider the various extended warranties. They will hit you up with these at the end of the buying process. That can certainly change the overall price of the car. Ask about these beforehand - that way you will keep your budget in line.
