I came in to have my current car evaluated based on a call from a rep at the dealership. I had no intention of getting a new car. Everyone was extremely helpful and they sold me a car that is far more functional for my needs. It was a quick, nice experience. Robert Kessenger was phenomenal.

I recently had my Lacrosse in to check it out after I hit a huge pot hole on Santa Fe during rush hour. Both tires on left side were destroyed. I called the Buick roadside assistance number and they had the car picked up within 30 minutes - maybe 45, but it went very smoothly and communication was fantastic. I then worked with Matt Cooper at the Auto Nation location (Park Meadows) and he was fantastic. Matt went the extra mile to research the tires I was moving to an even was able to get me a $70 rebate on the 4 tires. Couldn't have been happier how I was treated. gbl
