Great experience and service
My customer service rep was Cindy. She was very courteous and helpful. Her personality was warm and I thought she would solve my situation and she did. The turn over in this department caused me some concern because the previous staff person, mike, was so extraordinary. Cindy will grow in her position and I'm pleased to have had her help me and take care of my car.

Great place to buy a car

High Quality Service
When I purchased my 2009 Lucerne in September 2009, your salesman took e back to the Service Department and introduced me to Mike Clark. I depended on Mike to help me care for my automobile. Over the years, Mike became a reliable friend who was most helpful. When he left, I was concerned that the quality of care for the customer and the automobile might suffer. I recently made an appointment for an oil change. I decided to wait for the service to be completed. When I made the appointment I was told that the service should take about 45 minutes. I went to the waiting room and in a little less than 45 minutes I was called that the work was done and the car was ready to go. My service advisor was Ryan Kaparoff. He was professional and thoughtful. This Lucerne has given me great service so I have not had a need for unscheduled maintenance. The Service Department seems to be humming. Doug Schneeman

Excellent Service!
This was by far the best experience I've had with a dealership. Eugene was very informative, not pushy, and made sure that I was comfortable with the deal I was getting. I had to negotiate on my price a little, which is to be expected, but the dealership never made me feel like a nuisance or a haggler. It was all done very professionally and I felt very taken care of. I feel valued as a customer which is not always the case with car dealerships. I've received follow ups from both the general manager and Eugene, a thank you gift (the cookies are delicious by the way) and the service department was very accommodating to my schedule when it came time to get my appearance package and clear bra taken care of. I'll be back, for sure. Though, not too soon. I love my new Acadia!

Purchase new Acadia Denali
