Before I even got to the dealership I had spoken with a manager about he vehicle I purchased. Dealing with other dealerships and going through enough nonsense I was done, so I asked "I am very interested in this particular vehicle and I'm done playing games what is the lowest you guys can go?" I was put on hold for a few minutes and got an answer that I liked and scheduled to see the truck the following weekend. After I got here I worked with Eugene Wange and he was knowledgable about the vehicle and worked win me. Even got me another discount because I am military. I am very happy with the truck and would recommend AutoNation and Eugene to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They care about the customers and after I left I was contacted asking how the truck was and if I enjoyed it and if any problem occurred. They are there for the customer not for a quick buck. 5 stars all around excellent eperience.

Buick Ranier
The customer service was horrible. I took my SUV in and had to listen to the agent's horrific hunting story. I took my SUV in the night before. We had to call the next afternoon to see if they had even checked the check engine light. They were just looking at it. The agent did manage to call us back to get our approval to fix it. When I hadn't heard back by 6:30 that night, I called the agent to see if our SUV was done and had to leave a message. I never heard anything back. The next day I called at noon because we still hadn't heard anything and they said the car was done. When I went to pick the SUV up, they hadn't even bothered to wash it. The guy said it would take another 10 minutes to get it washed. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a GMC dealer.

Great Service Department
We have had the 2013 GMC Terrain for several minor repairs and the service department has gone out of their way to make sure we were aware of the problems and what was happening with the car. They always answer the phone or call back very shortly after a message has been left. I have had other dealings with a Casper dealership regarding the same problem and was not treated nearly as well. Thanks guys!!

Good service on our Lucerne
Oil and coolant leaks were fixed on our last visit. Various gaskets and the water pump were replaced under warranty. It took over a day and a half (longer than expected) but extensive work was done. The service rep (Carmichael) and the tech crew were great.

great except my tire monitoring system went off half way home after getting my tires rotated and balanced. I live on the other side of town and likely won't be back.

My service person (Mike) went way above and beyond to get my Regal back on the road. It was the first night our tempetures fell below zero. It killed my battery! Since my car is a lease this was handle under warranty. It was brought to my attention that the fuse box that sits on the battery broke while being removed. Mike had to remove one from another vehichle because the closet part was in Lansing. Two days later he called me back to bring my car in so they could switch out the part. Couldn't be happier with the whole team at Park Meadows. This is my third lease from them and it won't be my last.

My husband and I would like to highly recommend Sam Johnson 3rd as an honest man to help you find your car at this dealership. My husband and I have never met a car salesman more knowledgeable about his product. Sam answered all our questions about the vehicle. Sam is also very patient, as we were deciding about our trade in of our truck. After our purchase Sam took the time to sit with us and teach us about our new car.
