Poquet is a quality dealer with integrity. I have purchased two cars from them in the last year and their service and attention has been second to none. I worked with Dan Kruse on the buying process, and he was quick to provide help and service when needed. I highly recommend them, as they stand behind their cars and don't pressure during the buying process.

I heard about Poquet from a friend so I went to check out cars on a Saturday morning. I had not purchased a car in ten years and had no idea what I was looking for. Shaun was amazing and spent the day showing me over 10 cars! At the end of the day I had narrowed it down to which car I wanted but the options they had in stock were not the right color and did not have all the technology I wanted. Shaun told me not to settle and that she would find the exact car I wanted in my price range (yes, a sales person sent me home with no car!) And sure enough - a few weeks later she found my dream car! They cleaned it up, removed a few scratches and then it was just like new! Fabulous experience - no pressure buying experience. It was great to be able to go to one location and pretty much test drive any type of car - they have everything!

Because of our tight budget, but also high expectations of a robust and reliable vehicle, we are typically a tough bill to fill. The Poquet team worked hard to find a vehicle within our specifications. There was an obscure, not-easily-identifiable problem with one of the electronics, and Poquet was very gracious and accommodating on fully and quickly taking care of the issue. A great team over there!

My experience at Poquet Auto was phenomenal. I felt like Shaun cared about getting me the car that was right for me, without pressuring me to make a decision the first time I visited. In fact, I went back several times to test different cars, and everyone was patient. As a first-time car buyer, this was great for me. If you're looking to get something the first time you visit though, they will definitely have something you will like. The range of options at Poquet is great, and I was able to find an excellent car in excellent condition for a really great price. I had an excellent experience at Poquet. I really appreciated the knowlegeable, calm and personal way in which I was treated by Shaun, my salesperson. (And by the other people I met.) Her approach made me feel that she trusted me to make the decision that was best for me. I also liked being able to see and test cars of different makes, all of which appear hand-picked, and I liked being able to test drive on my own. Overall, I felt that I was at a boutique selecting from the best cars and dealing with people who have the highest concern for the customer being happy.

I was referred here by a friend and was not disappointed. Shaun from the Golden Valley location was so nice and helpful. This was my first car purchase and I had so many questions. But she answered every one and followed up with me on a regular basis. All their cars are top quality and you can tell that is their top priority. I've had my car for a couple of months, and I am extremely happy with it. Great quality. Great service. Great people. You couldn't ask for a better place.
