1 originally went to Freeway Ford to check out a Toyota Corolla I saw online. Patrick contacted me right away. Someone came out to greet me as soon as I started for the bldg. A Marlene drove up with a vehicle. Wrong vehicle was bought up. I can't drive a manual. Since it's hard to walk alot, she gladly drove me around to see if there was another vehicle there that I would be interested in. I test drove a Honda Fit. The minute I got into the Toyota Camry, I knew this was the vehicle God was going to bless me with! It had everything I wished for in a vehicle! Strangely, when mgr went to test drive my vehicle, it decided to act stupid! He had to jumpstart battery. I think that was a sign to me that I would be going home in a different vehicle. Prior to that, it had never given me those kind of issues before! Unfortunately the computer system was slow but service was great! By the time I was done with Finance, my new car was ready to go. Marlene helped me get All my stuff out of old vehicle and transfer it to new vehicle. She was great!!! I'm blessed with my new vehicle! Thank you for the good experience!

My 05 Vibe needed new tires
I researched Consumer Reports at the library to find what tires I should buy for my 05 Vibe, Pirelli P-4 All Seasons were top of their list. I found out what Sears Auto Price was, and then contacted Steve Waters at Freeway Ford Quick Lane, who told me their price would save me about $100.00 on 4 tires, they went out of their way to send a driver to pick them up at the warehouse as the other driver had already left. Steve gave me a time to arrive so that the service tech could start the process. The service tech found I had a leaky tie rod that eventually would have to be replaced and that the car should have an alignment after that procedure to ensure my new tires would run true. Steve printed out the $80.00 Pirelli tire rebate coupon, to make it easier for me to obtain it. The alignment process showed that the car has an issue with the rear axle that made the alignment a hairs breath less than perfect, but suggested several end arounds to resolve that. I got the tires I wanted at a great savings, and great attentive service from Steve and Pat!

First time here and pushed back in line
Went in and got what I wanted. Eli was a great sales rep and very knowledgeable! We waited waaayyy too long for the car to be cleaned when it was semi clean already. All customers should be treated the same, not just because we're buying a used car should we be pushed back in line. I would think the new cars would be ready to go! It was $30k we spent. Not at this location again.

I brought in my 2014 Fusion on a recall matter and drove home in a 2017 Escape. I thought I'd check and see how much I could get to trade my car in and was surprised - I was given a wayyyyy better deal than I anticipated. Patrick walked me through all the scenarios of either purchasing a new car versus a used 2016. He talked to me about lease versus buy. Was very attentive and answered all my questions. Amy explained all the financing information and even tho I am having buyers remorse today (I always go through this) I was given all the information necessary in making this choice. All the other people in the office were pleasant and all seemed to be enjoying working with their customers and visa versa. This Ford dealership (Freeway Ford, Bloomington MN) is where I have been purchasing my cars since the 1990's.

The Works oil change-rotate
Was told car would be in in 30 minutes, then 45 minutes to do work. Was actually done in 40 minutes all complete plus car was. Good clean waiting room, newspaper available plus t.v. and coffee. I am a happy camper

Oil Change on newer Ford F150
We came in for an oil change. The Express Oil Change took hours because they didn't have enough manpower on site apparently. We arrived at 8 am on Saturday. The waiting room could be cleaned up and made a little nicer. Steve informed us of what was recommended at our 15,000 mile odometer reading. He wasn't pushy at all, but answered our questions of what some of the services were and why now. He was very helpful. We went with the recommendations. The oil change information is very generic - "it was good". No description of the 21-points checked, was the oil high or low. No details whatsoever that could be helpful. With some tweaking, they would be a five star rating. Overall, we thought the price was reasonable for what we had done.

Brian Steinhorst was fantastic! He traditionally works in the used car department, so our first interaction with Brian was regarding a used car. After some different options with financing, we decided to move towards leasing a new F-150. Brian was very involved throughout the whole process, and when the final decision and delivery date was set, Brian even came in on Friday which is his normal day off to help. Thank you sooo much Brian!! We had a few moments with someone OTHER than Brian that were questionable, and Freeway Ford almost lost us. Brian Steinhorst saved the day and made some very happy customers!! We LOVE the truck and his followup afterwards. Thank you again Brian!

Good service and sales
Recently purchased a pick up from them. The salesman was friendly. Went out and offered to bring the truck to the front so I wouldn't have to walk, offered several times if I would like something to drink, too time to introduce me to the service guys, and then walked me through anything I had questions on with the truck. From pairing the Bluetooth to setting up the codes for the doors. Probably the quickest new car purchase I've had. The lady in finance was on top of things, explained anything I had questions on and was happy to answer any questions I had.
