I received an email from Freeway Ford that an oil change was due. I went in the next morning at 6:15am and got right in. No paperwork to fill out. I went into the waiting room and only took about 20 minutes to change oil and rotate the tires.

Awesome Service!
Having purchased my car from Freeway Ford, I went to get my oil changed and everything checked out. The service I got was wonderful. Not only was I in and out of there in 40 minutes with no appointment, the people that helped me smiled, talked and just plan nice. Also, explained to me what my options are. Will be going back again. Thank you Freeway Ford!

Friendly, quick service
Recently purchased 2013 Edge, first time using the service center. Besides the basic oil change & tire rotation, needed them to diagnose a malfunctioning liftgate. They were very friendly and quick about it. Liftgate motor failing and they were able to replace within hours.(thank goodness for service plan, only cost me $100!) Even replaced the battery in my keyfob :) I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I found a 1-inch scratch on liftgate (Grrrr! First scratch/ding is the hardest to get over). Be careful, guys!!

Years of Good Service
I have been taking my Ford vehicle(s) here for 15+ years. Bought my 2005 Escape and now own a 2014 Fusion. I have never had an issue with preventative maintenance, repair. Customer service, especially in the Quick Lane has been excellent. I have to go out of my way for my oil change/tire rotation and will continue to do so.

Maintenence of my car.......
Just stopped in for an oil change......my car was reviewed and I was advised to have updating done, like wheel rotation. I was seated in an area where I had full view of my car being worked on. I watched this man, work every minute available to him on my car. He was quick , he was knowledgeable , he was careful, and in no time my car was done. His name was Eric, if you get a chance to have someone work on your car........THIS is the guy !!! Very pleased with all connections at Freeway Ford.

Oil Change
The tech suggested we get new tires and I'm still waiting to hear from him about the warranty left on our existing tires. We have 32K on 50K tires. Thanks. Very friendly service.

Renewed faith in auto repair
Joe in service was awesome. I had oked a more expensive repair and he called me back later saying it was $600.00 cheaper than thought.
