We dropped the car off using the key box. Very convenient for us as our schedules are very busy. They took care of our warranty work and a recall within the day, and cleaned the car too. Good group of folks at the service center!

Friendly and helpful service!
The repair technician who helped me, Dean, was very friendly and accommodating. He worked with my very busy schedule so that I was able to get the work done on my car. He followed up with me and was very responsive when I called in. Dean and the guys in the service department provided me with one of my best customer service experiences, especially for auto repair. This was my first time using the service at this dealership and I will come back.

Great experience, no pressure
Great experience, Sales style fit me, low key, informative, not in your face interaction. One of the smoothest experiences in buying a car. Including the paperwork part of the transaction was probably the fastest and smoothest experience, again without pressure to buy add-ons, very informative and comfortable experience.

Quick Lane Service at Freeway Ford
Went in to get an oil change. Since car is 5 years old, I also had the transmission fluid changed as per your staff member's recommendation. Was not a fast appointment in the QUICK Lane. I was there about 1.5 hours. Do you not mail out or email coupons anymore? I have not received any during 2017. Please respond. Thank you.

Another great experience.
Everyone, and I mean everyone was so friendly and courteous. I did not feel any pressure which is a good thing. If I feel pressured to do something I don't do it and just walk away. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and honest. He put his best foot forward for me. I had NO intention of getting into a new car that day and low and behold, I have a new car! Of course it helped that it's a beautiful automobile and fits me well. Lincoln was super friendly and super knowledgeable about his position. He made me fee comfortable while signing the mounds of paperwork. He has a great sense of humor too.
