Vic was very detail orientated and noticed a small leak in engine, will be covered by Ford, so all good

I brought my car in for autobody repair and regular maintenance. The staff was very helpful and the car looks great!

Disappointed

Parents were pressured into putting money down on a used car. Later decided to get money back after running vehicle history report and finding out vehicle was in an accident. I contacted the salesperson to give him the information we found and he harassed me by email sending me 5 emails within 2 hours, each email getting progressively more aggressive. He also called my father 3 times within that timeframe. Next day I complained to the general manager about the harassment and provided him copies of the emails. The general manager saw no issue with the aggressiveness of the emails. They finally did refund the money, but not before they "accidently" charged the deposit a second time.

worst dealership

I bought a F150 from them. when I took possession I told the salesman I wanted new tires because the ones that were on it were cracked and chewed up. we back to the dealership the next day and some service guys comes out and measure how much tread is on the tires and there excuse for the chewed up tread was that they were aggressive tires. The second thing is finally drove the truck after dark only to find out I had no working tail lights just brake lights. So far a nice truck but I will never step foot in that place again. this place completely ruined my buying experience. I know they made good money off me and couldn't even pay for new tires

Buyer Beware

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. They sold us a certified pre-owned truck that was a piece of junk from day one. We had it in for repair about every two months in the 1.5 years we owned it, and when we went in to Freeway Ford to inquire why there were so many problems with a so-called "certified vehicle", they gave us a bunch of lines and tried to kick my husband out of the dealership because he was angry. Of course he was angry; we paid top dollar for a piece of junk!!! The GM and sales manager both spoke with us about the issues at one point and neither was willing to take the truck back, despite all the issues we had with it. Thank God we bought the extended warranty, or we'd be out about $9000. Eventually we gave up on this place, traded the piece of junk for a new truck with the help of a better, friendly, customer-oriented Ford dealership, and we will NEVER work Freeway Ford again!

Only care to sell the vehical

Horrible dealership! Karma will one day bite them so hard in the xxx they will remember me for ever! My husband has brain trauma from an accident that happen 3 months ago, ran his truck off a 125ft cliff in winter park! He has No job, no income and isn't allowed to drive per law and doctor orders! My husband doesnt understand that he has No Money and can't afford this, and doeant accept that he can't drive! He came to purchase a truck I called them from CO since that's where we live! while my husband moved to Mn for couple months to his parents while his aggression gets better! I explained DO NOT sell the truck to him he puts other lives in danger when his drives! He is on meds! He has No money to pay for the truck nor a job! And guess what still sold him the truck and told me that there not liable if anything happens to him or the truck and this was the sales manager who told me this! Husband came back 2 weeks later to return it and they didn't accept the truck back!! Karma will bite u in the xxx and I hope very soon! All u cared was for the sale! We have a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old! Thank u so much for your dam help of putting my family into even further financial burdens!!

Worst possible experience ever

never ever ever buy a used car from here! Worst mistake ever. I've purchased many used vehicles in my lifetime, and never have I felt so disrespected and abused. Sold me a lemon. I Wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Everything a dealership should be!

We bought it online so didn't visit the showroom but they were very helpful and professional. Paperwork arrived almost immediately. Rick was the salesman and he was thorough and helpful. Thank you Freeway Ford, we hope to buy a car from you again sometime!
