Escalade Purchase

Overall good service. I would recomend. The sales person was a little inexperienced in terms of customer care and lacked initiative at times. But overall was a nice guy and the staff was patient.

BEWARE! No parts for new cadillacs. waiting 5 mos.

They've had my brand new XT4 car for FIVE months and can't get the part to fix it. They should either refund me for 4 months (no repair should take longer than a month) or add 4 months on the end of my lease at no charge. They keep pushing me off and no one will take responsibility for this. I've paid $2500 without being in my new car so far.

Best car buying experience ever. When I called Dallas, my sales guy answered and acknowledged me right away. He had everything ready when I arrived. He even had other Sales guys come over and offer help. The GM even stopped by and said hello. Very comfortable atmosphere, Vanessa was great in financing. I will utilize your facility for all of my service needs.

Customer service staff is super friendly and thoughtful, I was one hour early than that of scheduled time, no problem, I got my car serviced in one hour, done! Derek is super!

An electrical issue dash lights went out.

Good people to deal with they serviced a recall . Test drove the vehicle and washed it. They didn’t find the issue but they tried.

Battery and electrical systems went haywire .

My car was towed to Morries after 8 pm and was look at the following morning and the car was aready by 1 pm. We Loved they washed and dried our car too!
