We completed the purchase of an approximately $80,000
We completed the purchase of an approximately $80,000 used SUV from this dealership without issue, then attempted a second transaction for a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD. All purchase and financing paperwork for the truck was executed on 1/31/26. The only remaining item was a $4,500 down payment, which I was prepared to pay at delivery, once the vehicle was available for inspection and possession. On 2/2/26, I was told for the first time that the financing would supposedly “expire the next day” and that the deal would be canceled unless the down payment was provided immediately — despite no delivery date being set and no prior indication of urgency. I did not refuse to close or to pay; I declined to provide funds before delivery. The dealership chose to terminate the transaction rather than complete it professionally. While a dealer may technically cancel a deal prior to delivery, the inconsistent communication, pressure tactics, and unprofessional tone made this a disappointing experience, especially given the successful purchase completed just one week earlier. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership to buyers who expect clear communication and consistency once paperwork is signed.

Gregg, due to repeated lapses in response from your side, and an expiring approval from the bank set up on the transaction, we decided to move forward on a different path and terminate the agreement. Walking away from a deal is our right when it makes more business sense for us to do so, just as it would be your right as well. BUYER BEWARE!!! Had my first experience with Lupient GMC and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. The Sales rep was great and honest, but his management was shady and backed out of our agreed upon deal. We order a new car (had it built through them) and at the time told the sales rep and sales management about our GM family and friends discount we had. I was told that would be handled and applied when the car arrived and we finalized the purchase. I went through with providing the $2K (non-refundable deposit) and ordering the vehicle. After 3 months, it was built and on the lot. When going to finalize the purchase, the sales manager on shift at the time (Chris) said they "don't honor those discounts for that type of car (Yukon)" and completely backed out of the deal I'd agreed upon up front with another sales manager and the sales rep. The general sense I got was they saw the car and packages I'd ordered and knew it was a difficult configuration for them to get allotted on their own and thought they could sell it to someone else for more than the agreed discounted price with me. When pushing back to get them to honor our original deal, was told "there are no notes of you sharing the GM Family and Friends discount on the front end, so we can honor it". It was a phone conversation when ordering that was acknowledged by everyone on that call, however, since they didn't write it down, no deal. Shady experience and also a very poor attempt at trying to hide math for the purchase, trade and financing overall. Classic bad car sales stereotypes through that process (i.e. I can give you some discount, but I will now give you less for your trade, and discount only applies if you agree to this trade, etc.) essentially assuming their customers can't do 3rd grade level math. I would avoid shopping here at all costs, there are much better options available for GM vehicles in the same area and would absolutely recommend Luther Brookedale. We ended up purchasing our Yukon there with the same packages we'd built and got the discount (they also we listing it at a $8K+ lower price than what Lupient listed the one we built. I'll also acknowledge they did refund the deposit. So at least one ethical thing was done on their end in the purchase process.

Terrible experience with the Gm Tim at this location.
Terrible experience with the Gm Tim at this location. They scratched my truck, did a car wash without consent. I’m mainly upset because I just paid 1300$ to have it paint corrected and ceramic coated. In contact with the Gm and I let him know I just wanted my detailer to correct the damage. Because he has zero knowledge on how ceramic works (he thinks it prevents scratches so blamed the detailer) he is tossing it to the side. Literally over 1300$. I told him I would be doing a small claims court, his response “sue me” I let him know I would complain to dmv, ftc, and attorney general. His response “ we’re a corporation, please complain” I did purchase my truck here and it was a great experience. No shade to any of the people working here or even the service department. As it was an honest mistake, but wow, the Gm needs to go. This is who they have running their businesses. It is absolutely appalling. I have filed a complaint with ftc just now. Also in talks with my lawyer about how to proceed. Just ridiculous that I have to go through all this, over a simple fix that they made in an honest error. He would rather deny everything than to help take care of the customer. Which I will never go back here. You’ll see my complaints on every social media platform, plus every person I talk to. Will it disrupt their business probably not. Just know you are good until something happens and you’re in my situation.
