Great after the sale treatment... had some minor bodywork done, looks great. Got a brand new Jeep as a loaner, service was quick and hassle free. Roni was great to deal with - not the usual pressure or upsell tactics.

Overall the experience was good until signing papers with the finance office. A slight issue regarding the mileage and payment occurred. Thanks to my great sales consultant Mariana for contacting me afterwards about the issue. She agreed with concerns and said she would have the issue resolved in a few hours. Within 90 minutes she contacted me and issue was taken care of! Really appreciated her taking charge and putting the customer first. Would gladly purchase again.

Had an excellent purchasing experience with JC this past week! While shopping for my Cherokee I stopped into 10 dealerships in the metro area. I even purchased (and ended up returning) a vehicle at another dealership. I was anxious about going through the process again and wanted to make sure I found the right car this time around. don't understand why all over the internet and tv commercials you advertise 0% financing and I get 5%.i just don't accept it

JC was an absolute saint to work with! My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours to test drive a car I fell in love with online. We had to bring all three children on such short notice and JC bought them snacks and watched SpongeBob with them while we signed all the paperwork! Everyone here was unbelievably amazing! It was THE perfect experience!!!

Victor was great we were very satisfied with his willingness to please us and when we took it back the next day due to a noise he was right on it and the noise was taken care of. Great job also he was not pushy like some car salesmen can be.
