Went in for service and was told up front that quick lane was a couple hours wait so scheduled a pickup at my work.

Purchased used truck. The next morning, engine codes showed up that were not present when I bought it. The window sticker for the used truck said “all vehicles are fully inspected”. That obviously did not happen. The very next morning after the purchase I got hit with multiple cylinder misfire p0300 and p0305. About a 2 weeks later, I got a P2610 so I been trying to figure that out. After I do the maintenance on the truck I come to find out there was almost no fluid in the rear differential. The transfer case was also extremely low. The transmission fluid did not even show on the dipstick, and yes the truck was up to temp and running when checked. The Pcv valve was completely clogged and blowing out around the valve seal. Coolant was low and leaking from the Y pipe. There is also open recalls that were not performed when they had the chance. They claimed to have changed the oil but there was an aftermarket filter on it so know they didn’t do that either. The AC belt was shredded and large hunks of belt were lodged in the other accessory pulleys. Long story short, very unhappy with the purchase and lack of support from the dealership. The only thing they did for me was change the oil after everything was said and done. Buyer beware.

I’m not Steven, the truck was a 2011 230k. I have the window sticker that states all vehicles inspected. I can send a picture if you would like. Nobody told me to call jimmy. Nobody explained there were other truck options. I would have 100% explored those options. I never asked for you to fix anything. I wanted to return the truck. I don’t appreciate you blasting me with all caps in your reply simply for stating my experience! I also don’t appreciate being called a lier about the window sticker I’m holding it in my hand!

I had multiple issues with my car and they took care of it all and beyond! They found a leak and told me they could fix it under warranty. They gave me updates via text and it was very easy to communicate with them, and they were upfront about pricing. John was great!

We do have a first come first serve quick lane but we also have some time spots reserved for Oil Change appointment that if the quick lane is busy at that time we would bring your vehicle around to one of the main shop tech and they would do it at your set appoinment.
