Very Positive Overall Experience

I just purchased my third new Cadillac from Key in the last four years (two XTS and an XT5). Both Lisa and Brian made the purchase process very positive. They sought to accomplish getting the car I really wanted, even if it required going thru another dealer, and providing a very fair and competitive price. Brian also did a nice job getting all the settings on the new car set to meet our preferences. Overall a very positive experience. I wish everyone could have a similar positive experience when buying a new or used car.

Great dealership

2nd vehicle in less than 4 months

I just bought my 2nd vehicle in less than 4 months from Key Cadillac. I said it was worth the 95 mile drive the 1st time, and even more so the 2nd time. The team at Key Cadillac were again on top of their game. My vehicle was ready when I arrived, and the paperwork was painless and fast. It is too bad not all places operate on such a professional level. Brian in sales and Ryan in Finance really took care of me. I will say it again what a great team!
