I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done. I also had a remote start added to my 4Runner. Everything went smooth. Everyone I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable. Great experience.

After having a very disappointing experience at another dealership where I felt unheard and not valued, I was amazed at the quality of service that James provided to us. James is warm and utterly professional. He made the all experience smooth and personable. He is very knowledgeable and efficient but also relatable and has a contagious good mood ! Will definitely be coming back for my second vehicle and will gladly recommend !

The service was performed on the exact time of the appointment. The service adviser was polite, caring ,showed me to the lounge, told me how long the service would take. Explained that everything looked good and what they had inspected. The service was performed in less time than what I expected. Also, it is nice to walk out to a clean car!

They worked with me and took the time to explain all of the different aspects of the cars I looked at as well as the packages I could get in terms of warranty and payment options.

Came in to lease a Rav4. I spoke to the sales representative, Tim O, and he got me all squared away in a timely manner. The sales/finance staff respected my decisions when i declined all upsells of accessories/coverage. My advice is to go see Tim O if you want a stress free buying process!
