Tim is a great salesman and explain well with wonderful customer service experience . Had great experience at Luther Toyota I was able to find the car i needed and was done in the less than 3 hours.

I was very pleased with Preston in the service department. When I called with the information about my “dead” car not starting even though our trickle charger showed full charge, he suggested trying to jump it before calling a tow truck. He was right ! It started right up and I was able to avoid the cost of a tow and only needed a new battery. I was able to get my car back very quickly too. Thank you Preston and Luther Brookdale Toyota!

I had a concern from a previous service appmt that went unnoticed. I could not prove what had possibly happened. Steve, the service manager, listened to my concern and with out judgement took care of the problem. He made me feel like a valued customer. With people and service like that, I will be back.

Lynn made my process of lease return and new lease very easy. I would and do recommend him to friends and family. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

All was excellent except at the end. Driver who brought my car up left plastic car seat cover, paper mat and did not adjust side mirrors to its original position. I had to take care of these things.

I went in last Saturday to look at 2019 Toyota Camry's. Three hours after arriving I was driving away with a new car. They were easy to work with and have had multiple follow-ups since. Will go back the next time I'm in the market for a Toyota.

People were helpful and friendly. They explained everything thoroughly, The sale moved along quickly. I have been a customer of Toyota City for 20 years and will return again.

Did not have a appointment but stopped by for a oil change. They said hour and half. Took about hour. Love that they wash the car when done. To get a oil change for under $ 40 at the dealership is a great deal.

Did some homework before arriving at the dealership, helped make a smooth car purchase even smooter. Dealership was very nice, had free food while waiting to complete the transaction. Was in and out in about 3 hours, very impressed.

Mark was a fantastic salesperson. He wasn’t pushy and did an excellent job of explaining the features of the vehicle and worked to get us a good deal.
