I can’t stop talking about my experience at this dealership. Everyone I came into contact with was top-notch! I worked at a dealership for 13 years, and now work at a body shop—-I know the stigma surrounding this industry. These guys/this dealership shatter those stereotypes. I actually wish I could go there more often to just hang out with these folks-UNMATCHED buying experience and customer service. MOLLE VW customer FOR LIFE! 👌🏻👊🏼
Do not try to buy a car from there!
I spent 2 hours on a Saturday night buying a car. They had a couple in the other room and they were using us against each other in the buying process. They only went to one bank for my approval ( I have A + Credit). They wanted $5000 down due to being upside down. I said no, I won't do that. They let me walk out after I told them to keep checking other banks. They didn't go to any other banks and sold the car out from under me...after we had a written agreement. Obviously they were making more money off the other couple and did not care or even try to really sell the car to me. They just wanted the better deal they were getting from the other couple. When they called to tell me they sold the car to the other couple I asked them why they didn't continue going to other banks to lower the down payment they said they just didn't because they sold the car . That is horrible business! We had a written agreement and they did not keep their end of the bargain. Do not go there!
Service was open late Saturday
You were open on a late Saturday afternoon to do routine repair. Other people were ahead of me, so it took a fairly long time (an hour) to get done.
Well, your service advisors are always terrific. I could probably go to an independent garage and pay less. But I feel more confident having VW trained technicians work on my car.

Efficient. Did not tag on unnecessary work. Chase explained the 40K service and satisfactorily answered all my questions. Shuttle service was also efficient.
The courtesy of the staff and promptness of service was excellent. I made an appointment but was greatful I dolidn't have too.
