4th Hyundai

This is my fourth Hyundai from this dealership. Current circumstances of my life made me skeptical as to if I was ready to make a purchase, but the staff at Jason Pilger totally relieved my anxiety. The salesmen listened to my requirements and were patient as I test drove two vehicles and then decided on a third to purchase. The financial person gave me a better explanation than I have ever received while purchasing a vehicle and helped me make the best decisions for me, while respecting the decisions that I did make. It was great to work with the sales manager, who sold me my first Hyundai nearly 12 years ago! I am looking forward to my continuing relationship with the dealership through use of the service department in whom I have great confidence based on past experience!

Not the worst.

You want someone to work with your good credit? Well don't come here looking for a used vehicle. They'd rather you buy a new one or lease a vehicle for twice as much as you told them you could afford. Not impressed at all.

Service

Oil change was a great deal with the coupon sent to me. Came in for oil change and seat belt recall check. Was told I needed an engine filter, AC filter and an alignment. They completed everything in a timely manner.

Great, timely service.

The car was ready to pick up when they said it would be ready. The service price was as per the estimate. The drop off envelope and key drop slot are very convenient. Thanks Much!

Customer care is the best!

My service appointment was early in the morning. They got me in right away and serviced my car under the time frame that they had set. I was able to get on to other business without any problems.

Torrey Hyundai Elantra purchase

Moe and Randy were great. They exceeded my expectations where customer service was concerned. The only thing I believe needs to be worked on is the time it takes to get to financing. I have great credit and was wondering why it was taking so long to get paperwork ready. Other than that, everything was to my satisfaction.
