Lied to by Salesman!

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THJS DEALERSHIP! I was lied to when my son, daughter in law and I went in to trade in a 2012 Ford Fiesta. My husband and I helped our son out when he got out of the Army so we financed the car for him since he didn't have a job at first and needed a car when they got back from Germany! He wanted to go ahead and take that responsibility so we went up to the dealership where we bought the car originally. We had no issues the first time we went so we went back. They talked my son into doing a lease versus finance. We were told that since the car was registered to me that I would have to be on the car but only on "paper" and I could be removed at any time and this would not effect my credit or anything. That was a complete lie! My credit scored dropped tremendously! The dealership and Hyundai Financial ran my credit report and the lease is on my credit! Then to top it off when my son went up to the dealership to take me off the "paper" work, he was told I couldn't come off for at least 6 months to a year. This is the total opposite of what the sales manager and salesperson told us! I asked them both that this would not effect me at any point and they both said no it won't and I could be removed at any time. If I had known this I would have told them to take a flying leap and I would have told my son not to worry about it and just keep paying for the other car!

Dealership was nice had lots to choose from employees were very friendly Sam the salesman was super nice explained everything help me pick out the right car

An ok experience

I absolutely loved Mike Cross he was very professional, and caring. I DID NOT care for Rashad. He had the attitude that I didn't deserve the car I was trying to buy and tried to sell me something less than what I wanted.

Oil change

As always my experience at Jason Pilger was a good one, I had an oil change, tire rotation and fuel additive done. Everything was explained to me when services was done!

Pleased with purchase

I usually dread the car-buying experience so I chose this dealership over a local one in my area due to email interaction with Rashod. Very helpful, friendly and thorough sales person, I would highly recommend him to anyone browsing or purchasing from this dealership. Had a few hiccups during finalization but all worked out great and I drove away happy with my new Hyundai.
